Niagara University Takes Home it's First Tier I Title

Niagara University defeats NCCC by a score of 9-1 in the UNYCHL Tier I Championship game. 

NCCC opened the scoring about 8 minutes into the game on a goal from Caleb Lee. The Purple Eagles struck back less than a minute later, and never looked back. They were lead by a 2-goal, 1-assist performance from Chad Moore and a 3-assist showing from Ethan Knauf (which earned him the Playoff MVP with 6 points on the weekend). Josh Lacelle played spectacular in net for Niagara, allowing just the lone first period tally.
